I hope those who are reading this have found some way to help out with some of the recent natural disasters that have hit the island of Puerto Rico. Especially, those who salsa dance. If you have not found such an outlet or want to support more, the Salsa Playground event on October 11th will be turned into a fundraiser.

All proceeds will be donated to YOUCARING VOICES FOR PUERTO RICO, a fundraising campaign to help to support local non-profit organizations located in rural and/or disconnected local communities in Puerto Rico affected by hurricane MarÃa. This will still be a free event, but we will have a $10-$20 suggested donation at the patio door. Please help Sergio and I spread the word around the LA area.
I have a deep love for this Puerto Rico and its culture, dances, music and people and hope you guys can help us raise money to send support they need to rebuild and survive.
